Welcome
The initiative programming department is where many of the new ideas of ALC stem from—specifically ideas regarding programming in ALC. Another extremely important task of the Initiative Programming department is the AHANA history documentary, for which the directors are extremely inspired and motivated for. In the spring, an AHANA/GLBTQ faculty appreciation dinner is held. The directors of this department are extremely innovative and always looking for new ideas.
