Public Relations are behind the creation of flyers and banners for department initiatives and events and find creative ways to advertise to the greater public. The public relations team is in constant contact with the departments to find the artistic and creative ways to advertise events and political issues. They also deal with media relations as well as the culture clubs and UGBC. The team also is concerned with ALC as a brand and works with members of UGBC to put off a united image as well.
Other branches of ALC looking to submit a PR request for an upcoming event should fill out the following form at least two weeks before the event (preferably two weeks before you would like the flyers to go up).
This year's ALC Showdown will take place on March 24th and will feature performances from Fuego, Synergy, Sexual Chocolate, FISTS, Irish Step, Phaymus, Masti, AeroK, UPrising, VSA, Hawaii Club, and PATU.
Tickets are on sale on the Robsham Website now ! Doors open at 6 PM, and the show will begin promptly at 7 PM.
