Boston College thrives on student leadership, and the Mentoring Leadership Program facilitates the necessary leadership and formational skills that enable BC to thrive. It is the goal of this department to bring together a diverse group of talented, passionate, and goal-driven freshmen who are dedicated to leadership, service and formation within the BC community and beyond. Through mentoring partnerships, structured guidance, and hands-on experience, the class of 2015 will be given the tools to become the next student leaders at Boston College.
